As part of the voluntary work and activities carried out by the Zakat Al-Ilm Foundation at Cihan University – Sulaymaniyah, on Thursday, September 10, 2026, Prof. Dr. Karim Shareef Qarajetani, Director of the Psychological and Social Counseling Center at Cihan University – Sulaymaniyah, visited Cihan University – Erbil and delivered an educational and psychological seminar entitled “The Healthy Relationship Between Teacher and Student and How to Develop It Voluntarily,” in the presence of a number of teachers and students from Cihan Institute.

The seminar addressed the importance of building a healthy and positive relationship between teachers and students, as well as the impact of such a relationship on the educational environment and the learning process. It also highlighted the importance of developing students’ abilities through voluntary engagement, enhancing their self-confidence, and fostering their sense of responsibility, which were among the main topics discussed during the seminar.

The seminar aimed to raise educational and psychological awareness and to strengthen healthy and constructive relationships between teachers and students. It is hoped that the seminar’s content and discussions provided meaningful benefits to the participating teachers and students.

At the conclusion of the seminar, participants engaged in an open discussion and exchanged views and perspectives on the topics addressed.
