The team discussed common challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness, and shared practical self-care strategies, including talking about feelings, staying active, maintaining social connections, eating and sleeping well, and seeking help when needed.

At the Erbil Governorate Police Directorate, they were warmly received by Brigadier General Kamel Mohammed Baqir and Kefaah Hassan, the spokespersons of Erbil Police, who expressed their appreciation for the students’ efforts in promoting community well-being.
