Today, Monday 16/2/2026,Within the framework of volunteer work for the Zakat Al-Ilm foundation at Cihan University Sulaimaniyah, in my capacity as the Director of the Psychological and Social Counseling Center at Cihan University – Sulaimaniya, I voluntarily delivered an educational seminar free of charge entitled “The Importance of Cooperation and the Relationship Between the Family and the School and Its Impact on the Student’s Psychological Well-being.”

The seminar was presented to the parents of preparatory school students at Shêrko Bêkes Girls School.

Negative habits among teenagers and how to address them

Within the framework of the activities of the “Zakati Zanist” (Science Zakat) Foundation, on Tuesday, February 10, 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nuri Hama Saeed, Director of the Science Zakat Foundation at Cihan University – Sulaimaniya, delivered a seminar to 9th-grade students at Tablo Basic School.
