Babagurgur University hosted a group of secondary and preparatory school students

As part of its efforts to enhance community communication and reinforce the culture of higher education, Babagurgur University hosted a group of high school and preparatory students as part of an awareness and educational program aimed at introducing them to the university environment and encouraging them to continue their academic journey with confidence and awareness.

The program included an introductory tour of the university facilities, covering lecture halls and scientific laboratories, in addition to awareness and scientific lectures delivered by several university faculty members, addressing topics related to choosing a university major, learning skills, and the importance of education in building the future.

The visit aimed to raise students’ awareness of their academic and cultural future, preparing them psychologically and intellectually for the transition to university life, in an interactive atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and constructive questions.

This initiative comes as part of the university’s efforts to serve the community and guide students towards informed scientific choices that match their abilities and interests.

The students of the Translation Department at the College of Languages and Humanities at Erbil International University, on the occasion of World Translation Day, carried out a number of activities such as translating phrases related to puzzles and translating oral challenges for the visit to London.
