Nouri Hama Said, the director of the Zakat Science Foundation, presented a seminar titled: “The Limits of Words, When Language Becomes a Tool for Assault” for primary school students in the town of Bazian, where he addressed crimes such as insult, defamation, threats, slander, and other offenses from the perspective of Islamic Sharia and Iraqi criminal law.
