Babagurgur National University organized a scientific visit to the 17th Erbil International Book Fair

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote academic culture and develop cognitive skills among its students, Babagurgur Private University organized a scientific visit to the Erbil International Book Fair in its seventeenth edition, with the participation of a select group of university professors and several students.

The aim of the activity was to review the latest scientific, academic, and cultural publications that enrich the educational process and broaden the horizons of knowledge. The visit also provided a valuable opportunity for direct communication with various publishing houses to explore the books and materials that contribute to supporting the educational journey and scientific research at the university.

The visit has resulted in enhancing the students’ awareness and encouraging them to read and research, which contributes to improving their academic and cultural level.

The students of the Translation Department at the College of Languages and Humanities at Erbil International University, on the occasion of World Translation Day, carried out a number of activities such as translating phrases related to puzzles and translating oral challenges for the visit to London.

The blood draw course for the students of Erbil International University in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades at the laboratories of Erbil International University was a training course that started and will continue for several weeks.

This seminar was about artificial intelligence in English translation in the present and past eras.

In the past, translating a book required three people working for a week and three days.
