On June 22, 2026, and within the framework of the awareness and general culture activities of the (Zakat Al-Ilm) Foundation at Cihan University-Duhok, a seminar was conducted under the title:

“?How to read laboratory results”, presented by Ms. (Helin Mustafa Haji), the Rapporteur of the Anesthesia Department at Cihan University-Duhok.

The seminar focused on the correct methods for reading and understanding medical laboratory test results. It highlighted the key indicators in medical reports to enhance public health awareness, explaining how to differentiate between normal and abnormal ranges and their implications for general health status.

Conclusion of the Training Course Developing Programming and AI Skills at Cihan University – Duhok

Based on the continuous directives of Prof. Dr. Zeravan Abdulmuhsen Asaad, President of Cihan University – Duhok, and as part of the awareness and development program of the “Zakat Al-Ilm” Foundation to serve the community, the Department of Computer Science successfully concluded the specialized training course titled: “(Developing Programming and AI Skills)”.

The course lasted for four days (from August 17 to August 23, 2026) and covered important topics related to Python programming, web development, and the application of Artificial Intelligence technologies in networks and systems.

The closing ceremony took place on Sunday, August 23, 2026, in the presence of the participants. At the conclusion of the event, certificates of appreciation and participation were distributed to the course trainers and attendees.

Within “Zakat Al-Ilm” Program.. A Seminar on Common Social Errors Held at Cihan University-Duhok

On June 27, 2026, as part of the (Zakat Al-Ilm) community awareness activities at Cihan University-Duhok, a seminar was delivered by Prof. Dr. (Ismail Ababkr), an expert in Personal Status Law, titled: “Common Errors in Society (Problems, Causes, Solutions).”

🔹 Identifying widespread errors and issues within the community.
🔹 Analyzing the root causes of these behaviors from social and legal perspectives.
🔹 Proposing practical solutions to foster a healthier and more aware society.

Zakat Science Foundation and World Institute held a seminar entitled (Building Relationships between Contemporary Education inbetween teacher and student) for Dr. Karim Sharif Karachetani

On September 10, 2026, under the slogan “Zakat of Knowledge is Our Duty,” the Zakat Al-Ilm Organization, in coordination with Cihan Institute of Erbil, organized a seminar delivered by Prof. Dr. Karim Sharif Qarachatan titled: “Building a Modern Pedagogical Relationship Between Teachers and Students.” The event was held in the hall of Cihan Institute for the institute’s faculty and students, in the presence of Dr. Ali Karim Al-Zamin, Administrative Director of the Zakat Al-Ilm Organization, and Mr. Hiwa Mohammed, Director of Cihan Institute. During the session, he discussed the role of teachers and effective ways of engaging with students, concluding the seminar with an open Q&A session for the attendees.
