Today, Wednesday, 2026/2/11, Within the framework of volunteer work for the Zakat Al-Ilm Foundation at Cihan University Sulaimaniyah, .as the Director of the Psychological and Social Counseling Center at Cihan University – Sulaimaniya, I delivered an educational seminar entitled “How to Strive and Prepare for Exams and Overcome Exam Fear and Anxiety” to the 11th and 12th grade students of Khanazad Girls Preparatory School.

Negative habits among teenagers and how to address them

Within the framework of the activities of the “Zakati Zanist” (Science Zakat) Foundation, on Tuesday, February 10, 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nuri Hama Saeed, Director of the Science Zakat Foundation at Cihan University – Sulaimaniya, delivered a seminar to 9th-grade students at Tablo Basic School. The seminar was titled: “Negative Habits of Adolescents and How to Address Them.” During the session, he highlighted several key topics, including the importance of the adolescence stage, the most dangerous common habits (behavioral, psychological, and verbal), and methods for addressing and overcoming them

Workshop on Using Google Drive for Staff and Lab Assistants

On February 4, 2026, Professor Mellat Hussein Mustafa, Head of the Radiography Technology Department, and Ms. Nian Anwar Hamdamin, an employee of the Registration, conducted a training workshop for a group of university staff and teaching assistants as part of the Knowledge Zakat Program. The workshop focused on how to effectively use Google Drive to store academic and administrative books and files, ensuring easy access, protection from loss, and professional organization.
