On February 10, 2025, the Public Administration Department at Cihan University-Erbil, under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Hawkar Qasim Pirdawod and coordinated by Assistant Lecturer Raz Azad Jalal, organized a heartwarming visit to the Erbil Orphanage.
