• Student Information System (SIS)
• Human Resource Management System (HR System)
The workshop aimed to enhance the capabilities of administrative and academic staff in dealing with modern electronic systems adopted in private higher education, and to improve their efficiency in using these systems to achieve data accuracy and speed in managing student affairs and human resources.
During the workshop, the mechanism of the two systems was reviewed, and detailed explanations were provided on how to enter and update student data, track courses, record grades, and upload academic and administrative reports. The procedures for recruitment, evaluation, staffing, and updating employment data within the human resources system were also clarified.
