The seminar was presented on (15/ 9/ 2025) by Gulan Jassim, the staff of the institute and focused on blockchain technology and its innovations and the aspects that can be built on the basis of blockchain in the future.
Within the framework of the seminar, the participants enriched the topic with their comments.
How do we deal with colors in classroom design, taking into account the stage and age of the students, clarifying the suitable colors and their impact on the student’s psychology? Each color has its own beauty, but colors that are red or close to nature are more suitable for classroom color, and not dark colors (such as red and black), which can be used for decoration but are not appropriate to cover the classroom, as they cause stress and depression among students. For example, the entire classroom color with its furniture should not be white, as white is a cold color. At the same time, it is better to choose classroom designs according to the stages, so they can feel the difference in their levels.
This was attended by a group of distinguished teachers and educators participating in the teaching methods course organized by the Teaching Methods Center at the university in coordination with the Duhok Education Directorate.
The seminar highlighted the fundamental concepts of financial literacy, including personal financial planning, principles of saving and investment, as well as managing debts and loans, as part of its efforts to enhance financial awareness and develop financial skills among educational staff.
This scientific activity aims to empower teachers and educators to build solid financial capabilities that positively reflect on their personal and professional lives, contributing to the upbringing of a financially aware generation capable of making sound economic decisions in the future.

The goals of our daily lives are extremely important; certainly, if we do not have a goal, we do not know why we strive or why we face destruction. Therefore, we must always have goals to be able to succeed.
Also, another thing in the context of my seminar is specifically about the difference between (desire – goal).
It is noteworthy that the seminar lasted (one hour).
More than (30) different course teachers participated, where they were ready to engage in a rich dialogue and discussion that enriched their seminar.
In the seminar, we focused on the topic of attention and discussed that it is one of the essential and most important elements in the learning process, playing a prominent role in students’ success.
This ability has a direct impact on the level of understanding, thinking, and retention of information. It was also noted that without proper attention, students would not be able to absorb information effectively and retain it in their minds.
Another subject is the description of types of attention, such as selective attention, sustained attention, and divided attention, and explaining their effects on different types of learning. There was also a specific topic related to the challenges teachers face, such as the short attention span of students, individual differences, and the need to adapt teaching methods to the needs of each student.
Additionally, various strategies were discussed, such as using multifaceted teaching methods, creating a suitable learning environment, and leveraging modern technologies to enhance attention and thus increase students’ awareness and learning in the classroom.
