As part of its scientific and awareness activities, Babagurgur University organized a discussion session titled ‘Taping’, presented by Professor Arkan Ihsan on June 2, 2025.
The episode discussed the technique used in physical therapy known as taping, which is used to support muscles and joints, alleviate pain, and improve motor performance. Different types of tapes used and their application mechanisms in various therapeutic cases were also explained.
The event witnessed a remarkable attendance from students of the physical therapy department and contributed to enhancing their practical understanding of this modern technique, linking the theoretical aspect with practical application within an interactive educational environment.

Babagurgur University received a group of students and professors from the San Educational Group during a visit aimed at introducing students to how to answer ministerial questions and enhancing their academic skills in this area.
The program included guiding lectures and practical directives presented by specialized professors, focusing on strategies for dealing with the pattern of ministerial questions, how to manage time, and understanding the requirements of each question accurately.
This event came as part of the university’s commitment to support students preparing for final exams, and to provide a supportive educational environment that contributes to enhancing their academic achievement and boosting their self-confidence.

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote academic culture and develop cognitive skills among its students, Babagurgur Private University organized a scientific visit to the Erbil International Book Fair in its seventeenth edition, with the participation of a select group of university professors and several students.
The aim of the activity was to review the latest scientific, academic, and cultural publications that enrich the educational process and broaden the horizons of knowledge. The visit also provided a valuable opportunity for direct communication with various publishing houses to explore the books and materials that contribute to supporting the educational journey and scientific research at the university.
The visit has resulted in enhancing the students’ awareness and encouraging them to read and research, which contributes to improving their academic and cultural level.

Our university participated in the scientific conference organized by the An-Najah National Institute on January 20, 2025, where university representatives delivered a useful educational lecture aimed at the institute’s students. The lecture covered important academic and skill-related topics, and contributed to raising students’ awareness of the importance of higher education and the various fields of university specializations.

Our college organized a scientific visit to Cihan University in Erbil on December 17, 2024, with the participation of a number of students from various departments, under the supervision of the academic and administrative staff.
The visit included a comprehensive tour of the physical therapy laboratories, where the students were introduced to the latest devices and techniques used in this field, and practical explanations were provided on how to use them in patient rehabilitation and injury treatment. The visit also included attending introductory lectures at the College of Business Administration, which covered concepts of entrepreneurship and strategic planning, allowing students the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the academic environment at Cihan University and the method of delivering lectures and the adopted curricula.
In addition, the visit included a tour of the medical and administrative departments at the university, where students were introduced to the organizational structure of the university and the work mechanisms within the various administrative units, adding a practical dimension to their theoretical knowledge.
The visit also aimed to familiarize students more with their specializations by linking the academic aspect with the practical one, and to enhance their understanding of the nature of university studies through direct exposure to an advanced university environment, which contributes to motivating them towards excellence and good planning for their academic and professional future.
This was a huge global educational.community campaign, which today Tuesday (4/2/2025) on World Cancer Day, students, parents, and teachers munity together in a number of voluntary activities, a worthy commemoration of the patients of this disease.
Proceeds from this campaign, which include meal prep for students, caregivers, teachers, and sales, along with a range of special items and gifts, will be presented to cancer patients and Hope Hospital.
The global institution weekly and monthly under the umbrella of the “Zakat of Science” institute does many voluntary activities and activities to serve the Chinese community.
